Guild Wars 2

Simple enough.Since this patch it is possible to transmute pvp armors with pve and vice versa.In PvP i am rank 50,but in PvE i am the most miserable bas**rd you can imagine(i think i have 1.4 gold or smtng).So i wanted to transmute my drags at least not to look like beggar.My question is which of the following armor set is most rare and valuable in PvE?
Pirate set
Commando set
Stalwart set
Ascalonian set
Rascal set
Flame Legion set
Conquest set
Noble set
Priory set
Vigil set
Warden set
Whisper set
Prowler set

I think you got it wrong. It was about “skin” not the item itself. And PvP gives you no skin only items.

The value of skins is how much you value their looks. And my though when reading it was that the notes applied to the skins you buy in the gem-store
