So the leaked patch notes indicate many skills across professions that have a lowered aftercast delay, which will result in a faster rate of activation. Many of these skills, such as Long Range Shot, needed it badly, but not all of those that needed one received one.

In particular, I refer to Trick Shot and Vital Shot. These are two of the weakest autoattacks in the game- why in the world did they not get their aftercast delays reduced when nearly everything else did?

Dual Shot (Warrior LB) is another one that needed it that seems to have been left alone. The Ranger LB and Ele Staff changes are amazing- where are the Thief Pistol & SB changes?
