I seem to remember being able to steal before the last patch, and now its locked out. Was this announced or am I just hallucinating and we were never able to steal underwater?

Did yo have a stolen skill which can not be used underwater?

I wasn’t able to steal at all underwater. Perhaps it was because I had one queued up that couldn’t be used underwater. I will check tomorrow. Thanks!

That is likely the problem, if you steal something on land that cannot be used in water, steal will be locked until you get rid of the item by using it on land.
