Before I begin, I just would like for you guys to know I have allot of experience in pvp, with over 4K games played, max rank, and hit legendary first season. I am not stating this to brag, but simply to imply I have a good understanding of what could actually help benefit the class further without breaking it.
Over all these changes are a good step on the right direction, the auto attack buffs were needed and it shows. The changes to bandits defense and basilisk venom were very nice as well. But there are still things that need attention.

For starters, three small dazes on impairing daggers for instance really need to become instant cast so you can throw them back to back, with all the insane amounts of daze/ snare/ stun other classes offer, I don’t think this is asking too much, not to mention it would open up more pulmonary impact build diversity. Another problem I see is that all the changes to Acrobatocs were good accept for the change to fleeting shadows, the two second evade you get for hitting health threshold is so short that it makes taking this trait a poor decision,, other classes with life saving passive invulns get them for a decent chunk of time, but in this skills current state taking pain response is the far superior choice from a pvp standpoint. I also wanted to point out while the rest of the Acrobatocs changes were good, they will likely go unused for those of us with daredevil because trickery not only offers the daze attached to our steal, but grants us the three initiative. Dropping deadly arts is not even an option because it would mean sacrificing a huge chunk of damage on steal in order to gain survivability in which case we should remain using our current builds to eliminate targets quicker. Thief is a class that in most cases has to go the rout of more damage over survivability simply because with the power of every other class right now, it’s kill your target instantly or die. if you ask me, I would say to make the three initiative gain inside the acrobatics line and put something else in the trickery line instead. It makes more sense for someone acrobatic to be able to pull off more stunts anyway no? :p

Well not to brag but I have 6k games and I’ve already made a thread about acro rework. I think the 3 initiative should be baseline and most current acro traits replaced by superspeed/evade/shadowstep traits so that it would help sword(if u dont add shadowsteps in there staff will always benefit more).

However, for the amount of effort arenanet seems to put into reworks, probably moving 3 initiative to acro is more realistic. Move trickery reduction trait to acro and make it remove 2 condis instead of 1. Despite the name “trick” i think its more fitting in acro as those are the skills an acrobat would have and acro has no skilltype associated with it anyway. While shadow arts has 2.
