Vault needs full evade
wtf? what kind of comparison is that. we had no evade on vault in the beginning and later they added one… no need for a “full evade”. i dont get why you would complain.

Sometimes it gets interrupted before it lands. I think it’s fine, so I don’t care if the evade is extended into the landing or not, but that’s probably what he’s talking about. It has about the same evade frame cover as most of our other weapon evade skills which range from about 50%-66% coverage (including the aftercasts).
Vault would be OP with 100% evade. I only want them to fix the freaking range in this skill, it never goes the max distance.
Vault doesn’t have the full evade that some other elite spec weapon skills got because those skills have cooldowns.
If a Revenant uses Unrelenting Assault for the evade frames, they wind up unable to use it again for over ten seconds. After a Thief uses Vault, a Thief can immediately use Vault again if he wishes. The pre-nerf version of Shortbow 3 shows what happens when Thief gets a spammable full-evade skill, and they aren’t going to allow that to happen again.
All I know is I’m very often hit while Vaulting which broke a lot of joy I had with this weapon when I realized I may not be able to use it in high lvl Spvp play at all.
