Guild Wars 2

Hey all, here’s a nice training video I’ve been working on, I hope you enjoy! The purpose of the video is to focus on specifically the cloak and dagger skill. It is very thorough in providing tips and tricks, starting with beginner tips and moving into more advanced tricks as the video progresses. I’d love to hear some feedback as to whether I should make more training videos like this, or just stick to making outnumbered videos. I’d be happy to answer any questions in this forum, or in the youtube comments. (Always feel free to msg me ingame too)

Some Notes:

The first clip is a training excerise used to help you learn to time your cloak and dagger, please do not assume I am trying to teach how to permastealth in a fight (your targets wont stand still, and they will dodge).

In the end clip, i get revealed due to a newer bug associated with steal/mug, causing it to delay and therefore get me revealed (Don’t worry, the concept is still properly demonstrated )

I did not run my normal 2 6 6 0 0 build, as it this video is not build dependent, it rather focuses only on the cloak and dagger skill.

maybe we see more thieves if more exp thieves will show tutorial instead of just 1v1 or 1vx video

Was actually planning on it haha, I’ve done 1v1’s for a super long time so I got lots of experience doing it. That’ll probably come after my next outnumbered vid so stay tuned

some ideas for your next video :P

1. cnd → shadowstep → ini sig → steal (worrying about cooldowns is for loserrrs xP viva la gap close!!)
2. free camera → backstab → shadowstep
3. autoattack 1 → dodge

i’m sure i’m forgetting a bunch more… teach us your secrets T^T!
