New video, been awhile since I posted one. In this video I display 3 different builds, 2/0/6/0/6, 2/0/0/6/6, and 2/6/0/0/6 S/D. I will put my gear for all the builds below, hope you enjoy ^^.
Also, to specify when I am wearing all black armor I am using pack runes, when I am wearing different color armor I am using strength runes.

I use the same gear for everything but I swap Pack runes with Strength when im running 2/0/0/6/6.

ugh so bad …….jk jk awesome vid as always man , the best fights for me were the old 2/6/0/0/6 ones just because its such a hard build to use in WvW esp with S/D , keep them coming .

Yeah, nice vid. But for myself I like mostly the 20606-part. Beacause of you I fell in love with that playstyle. It´s a shame that I play on EU. Would be fun to haves some fights ^^

I’m curious what your opinion of Rune of the Pack compared with Rune of Strength is.

Specifically why you run Rune of the Pack over Rune of Strength on your SA setup, and why Rune of Strength over Pack on Acro.

Rune of the pack is better, if you don’t stack might with power of inertia. You have perma speed and fury with trickery. But you don’t need this, if you trait in acro too.

On the surface it may seem like that. However, he still gets might stacks from Hidden Assassin in SA, so I don’t think might stacking is the only reason why he runs Strength over Pack on Acro.

Just curious about the logic here.

The only reason I run pack over strength for my SA build is because I find myself extremely slow w/o swiftness in combat, also when I run strength I lose crit chance and losing crit chance with that build sucks. I use strength for my acro build because I already have perma swiftness in combat and get more power when using strength. There really is no logic just a preference I have.

Yea it definitely looks like him , what was he doing using S/P though isn’t he normally a D/D user ? guess he thought he would counter you with that lol.

Thanks. I found your gear very interesting. Most theives I see, including myself, opt for a few valkyrie pieces + berserkers, and I see you went with toughness (caveliers) instead. Do you think toughness > vitality (in general, or for your playstyle)? I’m starting to think so, it looked like you were taking much less damage from backstabs than I do, and with our 2 short cooldown heals (withdraw, stealth) one shouldn’t need a huge hp pool.

Anyway you’ve inspired me to pick up some valk gear and possibly pack runes.

Well, I love to have more toughness. I never like valk gear so I went for cavs and I love them so much more. I do also have a set of gear with runes of rage for perma fury, it’s a very good rune set and so overlooked.
