Hi. I started to play PvP as a thief with my friends. We played a match against each other and in one of our 1vs1 fights my friend noticed that when i go stealth he can sometimes still see me. He described it like a chameleon cloak and when he attacked me with his auto-shot (ranger) he was hitting me and he could target me. I don´t know if it is some game mechanic or some spell maybe or a bug? Can somebody explain this to me? Thy for your answers.

I wanted to reply directly but an error message showed up so i edited my Q. Anyway, if it is normal what is the point of this mechanic we are in party but yet enemies.

The point is to fight on one side. And there is no issue here.

Wait, is this the reason why I get random Party Invites from enemy players in WvW? So they can see where I’m at? And here I thought they just wanted to know what my name was…
