Guild Wars 2

Is it possible to build a well rounded Thief build that is good at PvE but also that same build good at WvW. I am not looking to be uber awesome. Just looking for some good survivability with some decent damage.

I also don’t want to change my gear just to go into WvW or just to go in PvE. I want something that is good for both.

As for weapons. I enjoy DD PP and SB.

I like DD due to Death Blossom. Although I tend to use Heartseeker more often then Death Blossom. PP due to Unload. SB for the good AOE.

Know this: everything is viable in PvE; but not everything is viable in WvW.
As such, try to figure out what gear you need to fit your role in WvW, then grab that and use it in PvE too.
