Mine reads the following…

-Gain stealth for ~4 seconds
-Apply 3 stacks of vulnerability for 5.5 seconds
-Gain the regeneration boon for 5 seconds
-Gain 2 stacks of might for 15 seconds
-Next hit has 100% critical chance for ~4 seconds
-Gain passive regeneration for ~4 seconds
-Restore 2 initiative
-Deal 1,359~ damage

Mainly started this thread to show off the power of this skill and to see how other people gear themselves to use it.

CND only does vulnerability 1300 dmg and invis upon successful hit for 6 intiatiave :P thats what mine says. :/ theres other more powerful skills in the game if u “add” traitable effects to them…but CND is def in the top 10!

Well obviously I was referring to the trait-ed effects after the fact but what skill does even more than that? o-O

a few. like F mechanic skills on guardians….they burn blind heal block and multiple people at that…..multiple targets always beat one really good targeted skill…more produtivity. CnD is a top 3 single target skill tho. i wasnt disagreeing with you just throwing a few more in there.
