And what would be the best second set of weapons for this burst build?

PvE or PvP???

PvP for me ….should I use knights amulet mix with berserker? Should I put points in deadly arts and shadow arts after 30 points in critical strikes?

25 DA (your auto attack triggers Exposed Weakness bonus)
30 CS (Selections are obvious)
15 TR (imo: More Ini, Mug burst gives Ini and triggers Thrill)

Heal: HiS
Utilities:
Roll for Initiative
Assassin’s Signet
Haste
Elite:
Basi (or anything, really.)

Basilisk -> Haste -> AS -> Mug → Unload -> Unload → Black Powder -> “Press F to stomp4thelul”

You said burst, you said nothing about survivability.

Ive tested p/p after the ‘lol buff’ patch.

I had 0 0 30 20 20 with p/t/v gear. HiS, blinding powder, shadow refuge and shadow sig and thief guild for elite.

Going stealth and dodge gives you might.
Cure condition every 3secs while stealth, regen initiative faster while stealth/deception recharge 20% quicker.
Gain health every time you use initiatives.
Sneak attack from stealth (free unload).
Stealing gain thrill of crime and removed 2 boons from foe.
Use refuge to life steal or to get away.
Basically nearly unlimited burst from unload and sneak attacks.
Works well for both wvw and dungeon (havnt try Spvp yet).
Your survivability is great and your annoying mini condition damage some times make enemy waste a condition removal.
