What's the latest P/P spvp build?

Why Mug for a P/P build? Do you have D/D as offhand?
I’d drop the 20 into CS, there are a lot of options there that work with P/P.
Not sure about IS either.
There isn’t really an spvp p/p build, because no one runs that weapon set in tourneys. The set’s damage is too easy to avoid, and it lacks any sort of stealth or mobility.

I certainly don’t want to mock, but P/P is often snubbed, and rightfully so: the weaponset has very little synergy, and is underpowered as a whole. Vital Shot leans towards condition builds (especially with fast bleed stacking of Sneak Attack), as does the (awful) Body Shot, but Unload is pretty much only valuable in Crit/Power builds. And while Black Powder provides a smoke combo field, the weaponset has no way to utilize that field to access stealth, and make the most out of the mainhand pistol.
If you want to use pistols, I would suggest either try a P/D caltrops build, which specialized in bleed stacking—it can be annoying and deceptively effective at protecting points—or the popular D/P Backstab build. If you really like, you could also try S/P. It’s not as popular as the other pistol weaponsets, but it’s solid enough to be viable.

Inertia/Vigorous + Quick recovery
I used something like this quite a long time ago. With withdraw/HiS, endurance on swap or SB 2ndary and 15 acrobatics you’re decent at staying alive. You can’t run solo, but if you’re together with someone else you’re mobile enough to punish them for trying to kill you instead of whoever you’re with. If they go for your buddy, shoot them in the back for decent damage.
Pretty much full zerker is needed, you’re relying on those 3-4 unloads. If they don’t get off their nuts a little vit/tgh won’t save you and getting too much of it ends with you doing no damage. Never shoot at people chasing you, shoot people that are occupied with something else so they can’t just dodge your burst.
It works… but doesn’t compare to what other classes can do with some of their specs, basically achieving the same result and more.

Devourer Venom prevents enemies from dodging but feel free to swap it for Shadow Refuge if you want
You got 3 dodges and shadowstep/return, also unload has a great advantage on thieves and mesmers as they keep getting hit when they stealth
I rarely lose a 1v1 if all my cooldowns are up, but that’s because I actually have a pair of hands

What’s the use of Mug in this build? Is it just “that good”? I just can’t imagine using P/P and SB with Mug at all. What’s the rotation when you pop Mug with this build?

wait until you have a sure shot and then just dodge away or withdraw, or just keep walking and get his back if he is immobilized
