Also looks like CnD initiave cost is 6. I seem to remember it being 5, could be wrong though.

Nah its always been 6, i remember its one hella unforgiving skill to mess up that and it was the only with 130 range.

CnD was always kinda pricey at 6 init. As for BS 700 frontal sounds about what I saw it at.
