Joke aside, when are we going to get the promised +10% increase in heal on Withdraw?
I really dont get how we already got the CD increase but no heal increase on that exact same skill.

This update was a thief is too OP update lets kittening nerf SD to the ground and kitten up their heals so they will die for sure kinda thing.
