Withdraw - where's the 10% heal buff?
Bump. I noticed this as well. Another disappointment.
Well, I tired in game, and I get healed by 4605, even thou the tooltip says 4344. I’m going to check at the PvP lobby too now to confirm that it’s just a tooltip error.
Edit: in PvP I get 4344 from the healing. I rechecked in PvE, and still getting 4605 (no traits are affecting the heal, nor do I have any healing power greater than 0). So, it seems the bug is only affecting PvP, didn’t check in WvW thou.

Yea i posted about it. I think they “forgot” about it, as always :|
[Teef] guild :>
It must be pointed out that 4065 is just a +6% increase from before thou.
Just tested this in PvP… 4,344 healing with 0 healing power. So no, they didn’t add 10% healing to withdraw.

maybe the +6% healing in pve comes from the wvw boni you get for having a specific amounts of points in your current wvw match, i am not sure though whether that also affects pve

Crap, I knew I was forgetting something. It’s that, the Medic buff, I have it at exactly 6%.
So, yeah, skill not buffed in healing at all, ggkktnx anet.
You only see the difference if you have points into Healing Power.
That’s why it says;
Healing coefficients have been increased by 10%…note “coefficients”
No healing power, no change.
Full set of 5 unique skills for both dual-wield weapon sets: P/P and D/D – Make it happen
PvE – DD/CS/AC – If that didn’t work, roll a Reaper or Revenant.

The notes specified both base and healing power coefficients.

Withdraw: This ability is now a trick. Increased the recharge of this ability from 15 to 18. Healing (both base and healing power) coefficients have been increased by 10%.
ya try again mate

This would make sense if not for the fact that this line:

which is from the official June 23’rd patch notes specifically states that the base healing of the ability should’ve been increased by 10% which would make the heal go from 4344 (with 0 HP) to 4778.
The message inside a parenthesis has no bearing to the meaning of what the sentence is trying to say.
If you remove the message and the parenthesis, the real meaning of the sentence is revealed — they have increased the Healing coefficient by 10%.
Healing coefficient is factored in when you put points into Healing Power.
You’re so focused on what’s inside the parenthesis that you ignore that actual meaning of the sentence.

What? They are very clearly referring to the both the base healing (which is a coefficient) and the scaling with healing power (which is another coefficient).

The message in the parenthesis has everything to do with it. They wouldn’t have added them if they didn’t mean both the base coefficient and healing power coefficient.
This a clear oversight on their part, whether purposefully or not, it is an oversight. Its exactly as Einlanzer has said in the post above, that there is a Base coefficient, and a separate Healing power coefficient.
If they meant purely just the healing power coefficient as you are trying to say that’s what they meant, then logic leads me to believe that they would not have added the remark in the parenthesis at all, and they would have just stated it simply as thus: “the Healing Power coefficient of Withdraw has been increased…”
I am not trying to pick on you or call you our Sirvincent, I made the post mainly as a PSA, because it is an obvious oversight. There should be a clear 10% difference between the healing showing on the Withdraw ability in the images I posted, and that is clearly not the case.

The intended message is to increase the healing coefficient by 10% and as I’ve already mentioned will only show the difference when Healing Power is added.
The message within the parenthesis is so vague that they can also mean to increase the base by 1% and the healing power by 9% — or 5% to 5% — or 0% to 10% — who knows? Without clarification on what they meant by both base and healing power, it’s just a dismissable information that doesn’t help only to confuse.
What I’m suggesting is to test for the difference when the healing power is factored in. If that indeed increased the overall healing by 10%, then that is what they intend to do, just didn’t word it properly in their notes.
