Please be truthful and honest. It does not matter if he/she were an up ranked, because quite frankly I performed a 19.2k backstab on a ranger about 2 days ago in Eternal Battlegrounds . And about 3-4 months ago before all the nerfs hit a 16.3 backstab on a warrior.
This is just to see other numbers

What’s the point of the most powerful BS…?
even you can to 20k BS, you won’t be able to take down a Guardian…

I give up trying to be an BS Assassin.
It’s much better to use S/D to stay in a longer battle

i’ve been playing s/d, and those rabbits continue to go down very fast.

I didn’t ask for any points or questions just simply wanted to know other backstab thieves numbers.

Some guy said that he pulled a 34k backstab on his friend in WvW yesterday… Then again, he was the guy that said that he also managed to pull a 17k CnD… Which, while apparently possible, is highly unlikely and extremely impractical, and requires a special set of prior conditions.

I got hit with a 10K backstab while I was somewhat akitten. Does that count?

Once upon a time, the highest backstab I dealt in WvW was 9.5k against a Mesmer clone. That’s with a non-exotic, level 78 daggers. The Mesmer only take 5-6K backstab at that time.

I have not picked up a dagger on my main hand ever since, but I’m curious how much backstab damage I can deal now that I have full exotics and one ascended item. Hmm…

I’ve done 14k against the slave driver in CoF with 0 might and unknown vuln. Also did 10k to a zerker thief, above 50%, no conditions, no vuln, and no might on me. Scholar runes op.

I can hit 30k backstabs easy in pvp, don’t get mad. All I need to do is get 20+ might stacks, have a couple warriors omm the target, make sure the target stripped all armor, have assassin’s signet activated, wear scholar runes, have the guy already bellow 50%, and w/e other factor you need before achieving max damage.

liek 1.5m on an owl….. ummm 20k easy in wvw…..ive hit 30k+ before the last nerf…… (all on fully lvled to 80 warriors all exo gear)…even got a 30k steal….. :P i never play the build tho bc its a suicide build.

I tried in spvp on the practice golems for an 18k backstab. I did not only not succeed at this, but the backstab was a mere 8k. 10k less. Something seems wrong. Granted I was using runes of infiltration. And 30k I’m WvW man you guys have builds that I have never seen. I do hope 1 of you records a video of this.

spvp/tpvp has a cap you cant go high on BS ever :P it is STUPID AND UNFAIR….i could break out the math but im sure you guys already know its unfair. aaaaaaaaaanyway. yeah so ill give u a vid and a pic. :P

So from what I saw is you popping all of their signets to gain might.. I see I see. Thank you for the video (: Now I want to see the 30ks you guys were talking about. And Trav you obviously know your would never run full signets unless you’re primarily 1c1ing in wVw

lol even in 1v1 its a huuuuuuuuuuuge gamble. ive been runnign p/d as its the best all around build unless facing d/p player and then its a draw as usual.

most people have no idea what the max dmg build is….well u just saw a video of it. :P there is none better than that. although its suicide to run it :P ull die before you finish ur stomp. people complain about thieves having invis or having BS/CnD but what they dont realize is yes…im going to say it…..it comes at a heavy price. a berseker warrior can take 75% or even full 100% of our HP with one move. :P and have then wait for the move to finish bc it had plenty extra lol. but w.e..

Fits snugly, just copied the Paragon build and put it in PvP, with PvP gear. It’s actually extremely easy because vitality typically soaks up damage better than toughness. The only issue is that vitality also shores up how much healing pulls off, so I never, ever suggest pulling extremely high vitality.

With toughness, the build shores up the equivalent of 31,442 damage, relative to base.

I’m not spending money on Berserk gears, that’s for sure.

You really don’t need stats with a guardian. I run full PTV + shout guardian. 25K HP, boons give me damage. Retal is my favorite, however. That just melts them.

It’s just extremely difficult to pull off, costs a lot of money, requires a practically naked friend, tons of buffs via stuff like Flanking Strikes, Night Sigils, etc., extremely high crit damage, Hidden Killer, and a bunch of other stuff that makes this impossible to occur in practicality.

yea …math can prove a photoshopper wrong. like the guy claiming 18k BS’s in spvp/tpvp. its not possible. math can prove it/ him wrong. idk what ur talking about as i showed pics of me doing 28.5k against a fully armored warrior :P videos of 18.5k agianst a fully toughnessed armored engi. :P mine are authentic. what i said is if somebody photoshops all you have to do is math and can figure it wrong or right if its a full picture.

Honestly guys you need to believe the proof. I know I myself would be just as lazy to photoshop the text. What happened was there was 25 stacks of vulnerability, 25 stacks of might, 25 stacks of bloodlust, assassin signet, signet of power, among other signets, traits 30/30/0/0/10, runes of scholar, sigil of force and bloodlust.

I say well done, you proved me wrong. That’s why I love this community. But I am interested in what class that backstab was done on.

knobby is so 100% full of lies …cmon aikijin ur not dumb. you know how much easier it is to post a full pic? it takes work to cut out the log box an zoom in. you could even do just 2 pics. one of the full screnn then one zoomed in on the bottom left but with a lil but of screen on it to compare. im telling you now its 100% impossible to hit any player for more than 9-10k ish in spvp. there is a cap on dmg.

Photoshop? Bahahaha u guys make me chuckle, guy who said enemey was naked was right, naked warr with frenzy who i stacked some vuln on, i myself had scholar runes and around 20 stacks of might, higher is possible as i didnt quite have 25 stacks of vuln and might up.
