Is it Invigoration Percision or No Quarter ? Is the IP healing worth it ?

No quarter. The increased crit damage and ability for perma fury is very useful. Also there is possibly a bug currently where any fury stack your character puts out gives the +crit dmg modifier. This means any thrill of the crime (and possibly pack runes) gives your teammates the +crit modifier making it even more useful.
IP gives a bit more survivability, but honestly the difference is not even close to enough. The moments where you need the healing you probably won’t be able to get enough counterpressure out to get the healing you need anyways.
IP is only really any good when combined with Signet of Malice and S/P otherwise No Quarter is gonna give you boss crits.
No Quarter is roughly a 6-7% damage boost even if you don’t need the extra fury uptime, which is not something to scoff at. If you’re dropping below 90% health, however, both Keen Observer and Flawless Strikes go offline (on top of your Scholar bonuses), which is a much bigger deal than losing the damage from No Quarter.
It’s pretty straightforward then – if you’re consistently above 90% health to keep those bonuses online, run No Quarter. Otherwise, swap to Invigorating Precision to keep your health up and those bonuses online. This will depend on the group you are with, check to see how fights are going in a given run and adjust accordingly.
IP is much better then No quarter and synergizes well with the skill tree. Id only take no quarter if you were really low on damage.
