so i was running around on my warrior on my home BL clearing things up and was running the GS S/WH and i ran into some thief that i decided to troll and make him run around forever till i got bored.
now this thief somehow was able to keep up with me running perma swiftness and all the movement skills, not only that he seemed to have ready supply to almost perma swiftness, and infinite initiative since he seemed to be able to spam pistol 3 on a d/p build, and heartseeker to keep up with me, hit me for a 5k backstab through 3.3k armor and somehow be tanky enough to not die in 2 hits.
ive seen him a lot and fought him, and i know he somehow has a lot of armor and damage.
i have a thief and what i wanna know is how he was able to do all that.
