Guild Wars 2

I see in metabattle lots of buids, for spvp, for WvW, for fractals and for raiding, my doubts is if those are also good for ope world roaming, events and world bosses.
many of them are for DPS, but I don’t know about survibality…
what do you think?

My thief is usually roaming open world with my knitting needles – he’s doing really fine.

I’m going full power/berserk now, but I prefer a more strategic approach, mmaybe condi thief… sounds much more fun and entertaining.

I like power better and really: You can use anything in open pve and be fine.
The easiest might be D/D and P/P for world bosses and short bow for solo roaming as you’ll get around faster. The build: full zerker and you always have to be strategic as a thief.
ETA: You can however also go full condi: I did so nearly 3 years ago when I learned condi thief (condis were still UP in PvE back then) and had no issues at all. You really can do whatever you want in open PvE.
I also have some spare knitting needles if you like :P

No sorry – I’m no condi player. Pretty sure I had some random build back in the day as well.
