That’s because certain people DO have perma-stealth.
And for some reason, rather than fix that, they’d rather “fix” other loosely related things. Again and again… because “oh no, changing this other random thing didn’t solve the core issue people are having? I don’t understand it, so let’s change some other random thing.”
