When using my s/p or shortbow the caltrops skill will go off on its own, recharge, go off again and so on. Its really frustrating, this has started since the last patch.

It limits what weapons i use, i tend to stick with d/d or d/p now to escape the bug

Did you put it on auto attack?

On a more serious note, maybe the last patch messed with your setup…

I dont think you can put caltrops on auto attack, it only happens with sword or shortbow so cant be auto attack

This sounds really odd. Do you do anything special when the skill goes off?
If it indeed is on auto-attack try reapply autoattack on #1 when using these weapon sets.

Otherwise. - Try switching its utility slot.
- Try playing without it, and then put it back.
- Reset your keybindings.
- If you have recently gotten the keyboard wet it can cause keyconflict.

As soon as i switch weapons it goes off, ive switched skill to see if it happens with the replacement skill, it dosnt. It only plays up with caltrops which i enjoy using in pve. At 1st i thought my keyboard button was jammed but after changing weapon it stops so cant be the keyboard

Other skills besides auto can be put on “auto attack”. I’ve had some signets accidentally put on that and it was fairly annoying until I noticed why they kept going on cooldown.
