Hi, i was wondering what runes should i use on my armor/weapons… and i came up with some ideas.

Since i am going all in, id say +%critc and +power… no reason to stack toughness or vitality at this point i guess.

My idea:

1) does anyone knows if that Divinity runes would stack with each other? cuz if so, i could like grab 7x of em, and have +14% critc and +70 all stats…

if not,

2) Grab like 2 Ogres, 2 Scholars, 2 Rage and 1 Divinity…

Anyone know anything about this for a good burst D/D build?

divinity runes do stack up to the 6 piece set bonus they have. there are only 6 possible rune slots at any given time, your underwater breather swaps with your helmet underwater, so you never have both equipped at the same time where rune bonuses are concerned.

divinity are great, the extra vit and toughness never hurt, and you still get some precision and power on top of that. I am guessing this is for sPvP so orbs are out. it is really up to your preference, but if I remember correctly you wont get better crit damage out of any other runes.

If this is for PvE/WvW I’d say use ruby orbs, they cost around 6 silver while Divinity runes are around 8 gold

In sPvP Divinity runes are an excellent choice for a bursty build.

If you’re going D/D I’m guessing your going backstab, which needs to have as much DPS as possible. Rune of Divinity isn’t that good for backstab, 60 extra points in vitality and toughness won’t make a difference to your squishy-ness.

scholar has more burst damage when you are above 90% hp, to be completely accurate.

i suggest ruby orb.

Ever since i went with lyssa i can never again see myself change. Running glassbuild with basilisk venom = all boons for 10 secs everytime you enter a fight.

Stability so noone can stunn/knock you around while you burst.

Fury so you dont have to gimp yourself with 10 pts in trickery.

Retaliation + aegis + Protection at the same time, for those scrubs who think ure squish and want to hit you back

Running a mightstacking 15/30/0/25/0 build with Berserker everything except armor which is Valkyrie

Utility for w3 is: Assasins Signet/Signet of agility/shadows (moar burst on high hp or more surv against bunkers or speed if im just trolling around), Shadowstep (for getting the crap out and cleaning conditions), Shadow Refuge (since its mandatory)

I mainly 1v1/1v2/1v3. If i go with the zerg i just equip shortbow + smokescreen and blast on fields and pew pew from range.
