just wanted to know, if the % + damage increases the damage of conditions too.
Since there is a sigil for +% dmg and one for condi dmg i guess it does not.
Mainly asking for the trait +% dmg bonuses.

No, % damage traits/sigils/etc. only increase damage that scales off power. Maybe HoT will introduce some changes to this, remains to be seen, but nothing indicates it so far.

Sigil of bursting i think is what your asking about : ).
