pulmonary impact
It is delayed. Do you see the debuff icon on the target?
[Teef] guild :>
Yea i tested it in hotm i dobt see it. I saw the debuff but no numbers in my dmg
If you see the debuff, it will do damage unless they pop an invuln. It won’t show if your target stealths before the damage procs.
-Sorrow’s Furnace-
your combat log record it you can view it easily there : )
Ill try it again later, maybe cause i ran and untargeted the necro
Remember, its when you interrupt. This 1 trait is usually my “win or die” damage. Its strong when you land it and in intense fights where I am low on HP, if I can nail this, people will typically run/play defensively as it drains a good amount of HP and forces them to rethink their strat, allowing me to re-position and get some HP back.

Yea im torn between that trait and the condi remove trait. Ill post my build here maybe get some advice. It has other condi removal but i dont know if its enough.
Whether one takes PI depends a lot on playstyle. As example in one build using power, I take only trickster traits for cleanses. I try and avoid conditions first and foremost through dodges, constant movement and headshot interrupts to prevent the big casts.
It very vulnerable relying on all the power and damage it can output and does not work well in zergs.
On other builds as contrast I am loaded with alternate cleanses , one as example has on Lyssa runes and uses s/p. This one has plenty of cleanses so the EA not needed. Dropping EA generally means rejigging the utilities so you get more of them that can cleanse (SOA, Shadowstep, Tricks) and even shifting out of entire traitlines with the payoff not that insignificant. The way I went about it was to load up every alternate means of a cleanse I could think and then play it for a while slowly peeling away the surplus to the point where I have enough to address my own strengths and weaknesses in gameplay.
Ah well i have s/d stealth for interrupt, steal, the new physical ult and if im realky trying hard, sb 3. The way i see it, having/ completing interrupts takes more skill than dodging for condi removal. And it puts out more damage, i can also length my kill range of my ult with PI. Im really good at insta killing with the ult and it quickly can turn a 2v1 in to a 1v1. So if iim more aggressive and watch for chances to interrupt, i will be more sucessful than if i ran the defensive evade alternative. I also use vitality food which pushes my stats opretty high, maybe switch for -condi duration. Id like to get in the habit of interrupting more so i think im sticking with PI i just need to test out the damage compared to my build with reomve condi on evade
This is what i use http://gw2skills.net/editor/?vZAQNAsYVn0MBlOh9OBGOBkmiFYCzLNcGaDzdwTYLULBEAyAA-TVCEQBOU5XceAAP4IAUhTAAAOEAuTfQx2fIRq/sRlgkCQQdWA-w
Pretty sure the build you are using doesn’t really have quick access to a daze other than Steal. So PI won’t give you a lot of benefit. PI is really good on D/P builds because headshot is easy access to a daze.
Yea steal, the ult has two intturpts, and then stealth attack from behind. Im still on the fence. Ive been able to handle consi thieves but necro condi is a bit much. Especially with the second health bar. I have to kite usually until their shroud is almost up…
Im not relying on it for damage, but i have had many times where PI is a make a or break in a battle. Especially for instakilling with ult
