shadow protector regen dosen't stack
yes,i don’t know if a bug however,u could have permaregen with basic backstab “rotation” in pve if the boon will stack

It has a hidden cooldown of 5 seconds.
Some skills/traits increase the boon duration by only 1 second when you’re already enchanted by said boon. Usually those skills/traits can be used frequently so I’m not sure if it’s a bug or an intended behavior to prevent practically infinitely long boon durations.
I don’t believe its a hidden cool-down because say if you get the regen from the dwayna rune it won’t stack with that unless you stealth 1st then get that regen then it does stack lol.
It’ll only grant Regen if you don’t have the Regen boon already.

well, as far as I know, infusion of shadow in shadow arts works with each tick of shadow refuge. either way one is bugged, or maybe they just don’t want you stacking 25s of AoE regen with a stealth that already has a heal component (traited shadow refuge can get ridiculous). so something is likely to be changed eventually
