Worth getting? Any thoughts?
Right now i am running sigil of fire for wvw…
New sigil of torment is really bad, 6 sec torment every 7 sec must be joke. 106/213 dmg per sec * 6 633 /1282 with 2000 condition dmg vs sigil of fire every 7 sec 2500/5360 hit/crit hit with 3000 power.

If get an adept trait in the power trait line or use something that gives you Condition Duration, you’re already on top with the Torment.
+ 138.75 damage for every +10% Condition Duration on a moving target.
