Guild Wars 2

so i am mostly kind of an experienced player and play a lot of builds, the weapon set d/d is pretty interesting for me and i just wanted to ask if d/d can be used as roaming? its ok if its bad, not ok if its terribad, even if its bad i will surely find a way to make use of it, and if its good, can someone post a build so i get an idea of how it should look? ty!
