whirlwind axe makes steal unavailable underwater
it basicly lock of my profesion specific skill
I belive , stolen skill should either disapear or transform to underwater stolen skill from warrior, but locking out of our best skill is an big handicap.
and you won’t be able to use your stollen skill always before enter water, specialy when you chase an enemy

Welcome to playing a thief, the only profession which mechanic does not work underwater.

Have fun doing Fractals/PvE content with little to no access to stealth and your other mechanics.

I kindly request an answer from moderators regarding this , because in my personal oppinion this is an bug, but i want to know A-net oppinion regarding this.

They have to code things in to lock them out, so someone obviously took the time to code it to lock it underwater, so its probably not a bug.

then i can add it to my " wish list " near “last refuge”
