One important trait that changed in this process was Berserker’s Power, which is an important trait for warriors who rely on Power damage. Does this make sense to anyone btw? How can anyone “feel good about using lower level bursts” when the damage got decreased from 10% to 7% and the maximum burst got raised from 20% to 21%?
It’s most likely coming from someone who barely played warrior and complained that getting to level 3 is too difficult and there’s no point to using it at level 1 or 2.
Then it makes no sense to nerf those as well because it didn’t feel good before the nerf. Because nerfing makes everything feels good.

Not to mention maintaining bursts need adrenaline, most of which depends on Berserker utility skills, as well as traits that do not mix together well in the current configuration. Yet, Berserker is no longer viable in any game mode, and vanilla warrior simply cannot keep bursts and adrenaline up at the same rate.
