I main a warrior since guild wars 1 in fact my only class in my guild wars 1 account is a warrior and created dervish when warrior become so hard to use for farming. My question is if i play pvp and sometimes i use my Whirlwind skill even my opponent is not doing something to avoid it just stand there my whirlwind does not deal any damage. But when i fought other warriors and they have like 80-100 ms most of their whirlwind attacks hit me in my revenant. is it the latency?
