I think having a 10s delay before any decay would be good as well. Have it decay at 1 pt/s after that.
10 sec may be a little to much, next time your running around an expansion zone, count how many seconds between mobs in a string, I like the idea, but we would probably only need a few extra seconds.

Adrenaline Bar #0: Regenerates at 50% the current rate of loss.
ie baseline one bar of Adrenaline.
This will mostly benefit sets with slow animations + utility, ie Mace & Hammer.
It’s time they had some love anyway; they’ve been hit hardest in this era of stability & blindspam.
Anything to fix “I just got out of combat middle of 5 enemies and lost half of my adrenaline in 1 second” is welcome.
It’s hilarious how signet of fury + zerk stance isn’t enough to keep up with the adrenaline degen to activate zerk form out of combat
wait did i say hilarious i mean stupid and depressing
in zerk form too you won’t be able to run to the next mob and use your primal burst – you’ll try to cast it and the bar will pop up, but the degen drops your adrenaline out of usable range and the skill cast will just fail
They need to bring the beserker skill line in so it implements other wep types… Torch is so dam lame…. i play a warrior to use all the big weps (gswrd,hammer,bow). Torch is like the lamest warrior wep ever….. For a caster? yea its cool but a warrior…. i re rolled to revenant but its just too target and push cd for me (easy). Should of spent the money i spent on this xpac on fallout in a couple of days…… mistakes were made.
