Q:

So we have gotten to a point in the game where this should be brought up again.

Why do we lose adrenaline out of combat?

Necromancers keep life force when they die or drop combat, which is also gained through combat and deaths.
New Druid change prevents astral force from degenerating out of combat. But it is a combat mechanic.
Minions do not die when you leave combat.
Thieves regain initiative out of combat.
Skills recharge out of combat.
Traits recharge out of combat.

I think you get my points here, whether or not some are directly related.
But I am just curious at this point. Is it solely the idea of losing rage outside of combat?

I’m not against the adrenaline loss out of combat but it starts too quickly and drops too quickly as it stands.

The Adrenaline nerf was one of the worst things to happen to the warrior next to the missing a hit and lose your Adrenaline considering other classes have skills that don’t penalize for missing.

I just think we we’re penalize way too much with hardly anything to show for, we’ve been low on the popularity to play in pvp.

Even our Elite spec was disappointing.. so we’re not off to a good start..

Not losing it at all would be great. Not losing ridiculously fast wold be acceptable. Say
1. Does not degrade out of combat for 10s.
2. Degrades at 1 pt/s after that.

So if you had a full bar it would take 40s to hit empty.
