Another how to warrior..

Here’s two good options:
Burst Mastery (Discipline XI)
Furious (Arms XI)
Furious is fantastic with longbow aoe critting multiple targets rapidly, and even better if you have good crit chance. Burst mastery is a solid alternative. Maybe give both a try to see what you like.
Power will be better than precision for you as a secondary offensive stat, but it’s alright to mix in a little bit of crit to help with on crit procs if you’re using them (like furious). Sword and LB both have pretty decent physical damage components to them.
Good advice from Brigg. I understand his advice to have Power be your secondary stat, but I suggest Precision. Having a high crit chance on Sword and Longbow 3s will help you out a lot with landing them for big damage. Plus, you’ll get more opportunities to proc bleeds/sigils. I can’t use gw2skills.net here otherwise I’d review your build in detail. Sorry. If you want to post it with another site or outline it, I’ll gladly take a look.

That is the condition build I use currently. The sigil on the shield can be a number of things: Energy, Agony, Leeching, etc. Basically anything on swapping that would help or bleed condition duration.
Positives of the build:
-Adrenalin gain very high. (With sword and fury you have a 71% chance to critical).
-Easily stack might to 8 and maintain (easier with sigil of battle on shield).
-Easily out run people with constant 25% speed increase and Savage Leap.
-Dodges recover in 7 seconds instead of 10 seconds.
-Full condition wipe (45 seconds) and smaller condition wipe (25 seconds).
-High Immobilization output.
-Immobilization on you breaks with Sword 2 and Shield 4.
Negatives:
-Very long cool downs on condition wipe and heavy hitting bleed move (Longbow 5).
-Shorter range (only 1000 range on Longbow without the trait).
-Yes, you have a lot of toughness and medium health….but
You only have one true defensive move, Shield Block.
-To survive you must time dodges well or you will die.
-Only one stun that is 1 second long.
-Very hard to 2v1 with this build (or as Warrior period to be honest).
You can switch out the “Run faster with Melee weapons trait” and replace it with signet mastery if you want. Although, I am pretty sure the constant 25% increase in speed effects battle speed as well. It is very easy to keep on target with this build and that trait. If timed well your Longbow 5 will destroy people (around 14k damage in bleeds in 15 seconds).
I have been thinking about switching out some of the armor and replacing it with Carrion for higher health, but I wouldn’t suggest dropping your armor below 3k.
Hope it helps.
Edit: Also the trait, “Turtles Defense” is no longer in game and has been replaced with “Dodged Marches”. That is what the trait should be in the Defense Tree.

Thnq very much for the help guys! appreciated.
@Veritas, my build is far from finished m8. I just made a concept.
@ Vanthian, the 10 points in tactics u have put for the legspecialist. Why is that? only for the immob? my thinking would be to put those 10 in defence for more toughness and ofcourse for cleansing ire. Or am i thinking wrong atm?
Just took a look @ sigils.. I might so energy or doom on shield, earth on sword and bow. Cant wait to hit 80.

Leg specialist helps you set up your critical moves by not allowing them to dodge. Such as… A Thief is trying to run from you, simple Sword 2 (he is immobilized and can’t dodge) into a f1 flurry. You can also Sword auto attack chain, at the third hit they are immobilized, then switch weapons and longbow 5. This grants you the second you need to land very big moves without worrying about them dodging.
However, they can still: Blind,Stun,Block, or evade it (as in skill evades not dodges).
It is just a overall useful tool to have. Cleansing Ire is decent, but you will not be gaining much from putting on more armor over 3.2k (3k is enough to be honest). The health would service you better than the armor, but I could see dropping the Leg Specialist for Cleansing Ire. The choice is yours.
