There is a serious lack of good looking hammers in this game. I’ve finally found one that looks awesome, but the person who had it was AFK.

So does anyone know where this hammer comes from or what the name of it is?

The Colossus, its a legendary base hammer.

Is there a good place to get info on Epic/Rare/Exotic hammers?

where does colossus come from? mystic forge or a drop or something else?

They are obtained randomly at a very low rate from large chests rewarded for defeating Claw of Jormag or for capturing Temples in Orr. They can also be obtained randomly when placing four level 75 or higher rare or exotic weapons into the Mystic Forge.
