Armor Stats
If you’re a pure dps build with +Power / +Precision / +Crit Damage gear, then you’ll have a glass jaw and will likely explode in a blood cloud when hit. For dungeons (and much of WvW), it will help to have at least some +Vitality for the health points to take a spike damage hit. Also having a bit of +Toughness won’t hurt since it increases your Armor’s effectiveness value, which is useful for when you’re possibly taking multiple hits in a short amount of time.

For warrior, I’d strongly suggest toughness over vitality. Warriors already have the highest base health pool, to the extent that — at least for direct damage, and starting at the base values of 916 toughness and 916 vitality — toughness is almost as good as vitality just in terms of raw effective health, thereby pulling ahead easily when you involve healing.
(Of course, if you already have a lot of toughness, then its value will diminish relative to vitality.)
Mix of knights and Valkyrie stats imo will give you healthy toughness, vitality, power, precision and +crit dmg. I don’t see the point of stacking towards one stat in this game yet :S
Im using power/prec/tough draconic set with divinity runes. Honestly i find it best choice so far. I was just wondering how does wvwv pvp set work for you guys since i find its stats to be superior to craft ones.
Does it balance you out sufficiently to go for full dps gear but go with a build like 0/10/30/30/0? You’d get all those handy survival traits and bonuses and get the damage almost purely from your items.
I find that toughness/power/precision works best for me. Vitality is good, but hard to find gear with vitality/power/precision. I hardly ever die in WvW.
