What armor set should I be wearing and how would you if needed tweak this build?
My thoughts here are a modified condition/shouts warrior, as I understand it the pure condition warrior is substandard so I want to bring that build up to par. This is a PvE/Dungeon lead build.

My thought is joining the Whispers for the Rabid armor and using jewelry for +power

Follow up questions (not related to above)

When slotting runes take the Soldier Rune for example if I slot 6 does that mean I get +165 vitality and +50 toughness or just the 6 line Shouts remove a condition?

Second I don’t really understand endurance in this game, in other games all powers use some amount of endurance but in this game it seems to me that the only use of endurance is your dodge roll?
