I like to do PvE, sometimes fractals and WvW. I am starting to craft my ascended armor, but I dont know which armor stats and runes to choose. In PvE it is berserker and in WvW is that not the best option for me. So which combination of armor stats en runes would fit me best? If i want to do al three with 1 armor set.

Sadly, assuming you are looking to be effective in both pve and wvw you will have to get 2 armor sets. Close to optimal exotic set tailored for pve or wvw will perform way better than ascended set that aims to be effective in both pve and wvw. Either pick pve or wvw set to go for or upgrade both sets piece by piece from exotic to ascended if you can’t decide which set to prioritize.

If you like a certain stat combo for both pve and wvw by all means go for it but in that case asking for opinions isn’t going to lead anywhere so I assume that’s not the case.

Berserker is fine for both.

if you want an all out damage build for pve, grab zerk trinkets for that. And get knights orcavalier for wvw. Easier to get trinkets then ascended gear.

Also, with more experience, you will find more zerk pieces will fit you better.

While berserker can work for both depending on what you do in wvw, I would argue you want different runes for pve and wvw.

I got a full zerk set(armor and trinkets) for pve and a set of pvt armor and soldier runes for wvw.

If you want to do fractals just get ascended for pve/fractals. And get a seperate exotic set for wvw. This way you can have different runes. You dont need ascended for wvw as you dont need agony infusions and the stat gain is minor.

Which rune should i use for fractals and PvE? I doubt i will survive long with only berserker gear and offensive runes. Or should i take pvt trinkets if i dont survive long enough en still use offensive runes?
