Guild Wars 2

I was wondering if any of you use this combo for farming places like Orr. I am currently using a GS but i was wanting something different. If you have found this to be successful i would love suggestions on a build for it. Also if u have tried it and it didnt work i’m open to suggestions on a different weapon set. I don’t wanna waste the resources making the weapons if its not gonna work. Thx

axe/axe – rifle = glass cannon is much better DPS in dungeons. I use sword/axe for Orr farming because I already mastered with GS.

Im not wanting to use Axe/Axe for Dungeons just wondering if its a good combo for farming outside of dungeons.

Funny enough, the only thing axe/axe is good for, is farming Orr.
Why?
Axe 2 and 5 don’t have the usual max target of 3.So when an event mob group of 5+ appears, you can damage em all and get easy credit for the kills.

So yes – axe/axe is good for farming, and I myself can go to say it’s the best.

Edit: if you’re a charr, equip shrapnel mine as well!

axe/axe with 30% AoE sigil is great for orr farming

axe/axe is mediocre for everything else

Anyone that says axe/axe is weak is fooling themselves. You GS warriors keep on thinking that tho.

Honestly , Dual Axes are my main weapons ( got GS as second ).
I believe that DA are the best weapons for warriors specially the burst and the fifth skill.
Warrior is one of my favorite professions after Necromancer and Engineer.

F1 of the sword seem better for farming ? and you have a nice leap.

I recently switched to axe/mace. It trumps axe/axe in just about every way.

Frontal cone aoe knockdown/interupt coupled with unlimited vulnerability debuffs especially if you throw “On my mark!” in the mix. Both axe #2 and mace #4 give 4 stacks of vulnerability and if a fight drags on it’s pretty easy to get a full 25 stacks on your target.

That being said axe/axe is still good for farming Orr/plinx.
