Old news? I am really enjoying whirl combos now. Esp confounding Bolts with the new condition update. I do not follow meta, but is this on the rising, always hear bad talk of whirl in the past.

Whirl is a little underwhelming, but with a coordinated team you can stack A LOT of burning or confusion with it.
