Have you considered dropping Cleansing Ire for one of your other choices?

It looks to me like you’d still be able to generate enough adren for the amount you burst, and your condi situation looks good too between Brawlers, Berserkers Stance, Healing Signet, and Savage Instinct.

Of the two options, and given your play style, Last Stand looks the clear winner, giving you stability, which you currently lack, and 29 sec/min of Vigor based on the rest of your build.

I dropped CI for LS for roaming about 8 months ago and haven’t looked back.

This is a great vid, so strong! The first fight in particular was amazing.

Like Choppy, I feel that a bit more stability could be useful. I’m not sure what’s the best way to get it, though. Last Stand is indeed a very nice option (I run it too), but the build is burst-based and Cleansing Ire fits so nicely into it… Eternal Champion instead of Bloody Roar could be considered, as the build has a lot of Berserker time, but losing the 10% damage modifier and the taunt into Hundred Blades would be disappointing. Maybe simply Balanced Stance instead of Outrage, as the build does not take much advantage from breaking stun (no Rousing Resilience, no Eternal Champion).

The lack of Reckless Dodge, Forceful Greatsword and Berserker’s Power is painful, but one has to make choices, and yours has proven to be lethal.
