Agreed. I understand the frustration people have felt, but looking forward is more productive than looking back.

I’ve noticed a concerted effort to engage the player base recently by Anet as a whole, I personally appreciate it, and I’m happy to see Josh post here.

Also, let’s not scare the man off! I mean, the last red post here was by Robert around the time that the Berserker concept was unveiled. He got a lot of love, but not a small amount of chastisement because of the perceived lack of warrior community consultation, etc. I don’t know if it was the reason, but he hasn’t been back since….

Thanks a lot for fixing Stomp, I’d given up the skill because of these two bugs (especially the Warrior’s Sprint one), but now I might try it again!

Josh, thank you for finally saying something after months of silence, but why is a brand manager discussing this all of a sudden? Is the balance team so busy picking their noses that you had to do their job?

@TheBravery, I can only speculate that as a brand manager he is simply notifying the community in order to keep up brand integrity. It’s fairly common for someone who focuses on branding to network with clients. It’s his job to make sure that the client’s have a positive image of the name. Developers were originally supposed to do this, but it has become obvious that they were not following through either because they honestly did not care or (more likelly) that they were just too busy with creating new content.

It’s a known fact that dev teams are typically understaffed and game development is often plagued by heavy workloads. So in steps the brand manager to take over in order to allow the dev team to keep working on the game. be glad it’s a Brand manager and not a SALES manager. THATS when you know things are bad.

So i must be glad now ? Lol
I dont have to see the the sales manager on this forum in order to know that things are bad. Everyone knows the state of the game. We all know why WvW servers merged, and why we get the same o content every year, copy past 4 life.
There is a reason for this, and the reason is not because of the game that is doing wonderfull xd

Aswell as this, adrenaline buff was a really easy way out of fixing war :/ and it wasnt enough, it needs a good looking over, so does rev, look at allt he bugs revs have!!!

The long absent of Anet in Warrior forum even when we really needed some Dev talk….
But Hoax explained it much better then me because my english sucks.

Not to necro a thread, but am I correct in thinking this hasn’t yet been fixed? Brought Stomp to VG for seeker control last night and noticed no blasts. Tested it afterwards with a guildie in fire, light, and ethereal fields – still no blast.

The aforementioned balance patch hasn’t happened yet.
