Could be good in zerg roaming except the dual axe. Could replace those with sword/warhorn so u would have mobility, could give swiftness to allies, 5th skill would be blast finisher.
I find your stats overall a bit low, and no condition cleananse. Your stats are low because trinkets are exotics, so nothing to worry about there. Means it’s cheap build and if it works it works.
Also if you personaly like it and it fits your play style and is what you want to do then go ahead, use it, it’s not away from anyone else thus not a negative thing.
