Any reason why there isn’t one or reason why there shouldn’t be one? Sure, a banner is terrible dps, but as an expert on a large array of weapons, I would have expected banners to have a burst skill, too.

I thought of that too, I feel like they skipped on a nice opportunity to do something original.
