Banner Healing Skill Seems Obvious
They remove the trait that reduces CD’s on banners. It stinks, but it is what it is.

I think the CD part were pretty much confirmed that they totally forgot about it and will either be made baseline or come with some trait later.
IMO it should not be baseline. Being able to have almost 100% upkeep should not be baseline. Just toss it into the regen trait and I would be happy.

I would rather have a stronger trait where you need to choose, than a lesser baseline option.
Especially when thinking of battle standard.
And if you really think about it, having utility skills that have almost 100% upkeep, sort of speaks for it self. It is too weak.
Would you not rather have it be a better effect, for say 50 seconds? Than being 90 and on par with a passive trait you can pick?

I rather have banner cd baseline, and then ANet buff the banner trait to give something new. I don’t want to shoehorn into a banner trait because it is required to have if you want banners to work. I rather have banners being a strong choice without the banner trait, and then become a stronger choice with it.
