Banners, stances or shouts?
depends on what i want to achieve with my warrior.
currently using shouts in sPvP.
in PvE i use all signets.
dungeons, i may use banners.
Stances in pvp. Everything else is subpar.
Some of each for pve not that I pve regardless. Anything works there.

Stances. For PvE I mix and match depending on the obstacles.

For dungeons, bring banners but don’t trait them. Always better to put traits towards DPS, or strong support like Empower Allies.
I run one or two banners, untraited, (Discipline and/or Warbanner) for dungeons. I always have “For Great Justice” shout (untraited) on my toolbar for any content. PVE and WvW, mainly signets (Healing, Rage, Stamina for sure, and maybe Dolyak) again FGJ would still be on my toolbar—its just a great skill.
love me some stances in all content, other than that for pve, barring special situations where bola/kick is needed, FGJ and one banner in addition to the situationally relevant stance (usually endure pain or stability)
tend not to trait any of it though, if anything, trait the stances imo
