Okay so basicly its a comparison between gear. not the crit and cond stats.

The winner would prob be rampage because it is easily attainable and cond is not effected by armor.
The only thing i would do is try and keep crit chance and crit damage at the same number. because this maximizes damage.

While condition damage isn’t affected by armor it’s also not affected by power. It’s vertical damage scaling is actually quite bad.

Aside from that what is the point of having more precision if you have no precision damage to increase it’s effectiveness?

Power is vertical scaling too only crit isnt. It is very good scaling with just 800 you double the conditional dmg. if you stack might to 25 you get another 50% on top. you get about 20% more increase from condition stats than power. So 5k conditional dmg stat is worse than 5k power.

The reason you use rampage gear is because most classes have a chance to proc a condition threw crit that’s why.
