Runes of the Scholar….crit damage and power.

These together make for a fancy sniper set. uberkillshots from high range, and can melee against stupid opponents. I’d use something like Rifle/mace+shield for that set, allowing for amazing damage output through on high range and using active defences to survive(a.k.a 2 blocks from defensive set, dodges, control) as well as generally staying on high range with rifle. Pretty viable, if you want to play some sniper(tbh rifle warrior > ranger as a sniper character)

good for general world pve

often used by new and inexperienced players for high HB damage agains other new or inexperienced players

substandard for dungeon pve as mele unless your party has like 2 warriors and 2 guardians and you HAVE to go for the DPS.

nonviable for wvw as mele
