Are people still using this with the new drop in Adrenaline (considering that Adrenaline doesn’t really carry over to the next fight due to the rapid loss after combat). It’s a 15% damage increase with a full three bars of Adrenaline.

I’m trying to see if it’s viable to use Signet of Fury along with Signet Mastery (drops the cooldown on the signet to 24s) to be able to have full Adrenaline at the beginning of PvE fights.

Any thoughts?

Yes- it is still viable. At least in PvE.

If here they fall they shall live on when ever you cry “For Ascalon!”

Adrenaline may as well not even exist, now, therefore Berserker’s Power is a waste of a grandmaster trait at this point.

The obstacle is the path.

Absolutely nothing has changed in PvE in regards to adrenaline or Berserker’s Power.

Using signet of fury is a huge decrease in precision, and a dps loss. You could use healing surge right before entering combat for fights where you won’t need your heal. Don’t cast it in combat, it’s also a dps loss.

Using signet of fury is a huge decrease in precision, and a dps loss. You could use healing surge right before entering combat for fights where you won’t need your heal. Don’t cast it in combat, it’s also a dps loss.

Without Signet of Fury, I’m at 52% crit (with over 70% with fury boon), so the gain in crit chance through the passive isn’t as affective, right?. Signet Mastery puts the cooldown of Signet of Fury to 24 seconds, faster than For Greater Justice. Using FGS or Signet of Rage for fury and might boons, then Signet of Fury for full adrenaline at the beginning of a fight… doesn’t that work out well with Berserker’s Power?

You want to be the closest possible to 100% crit chance, so dropping signet of fury is a no.

1. Why not use Healing Surge instead of activating Signet of Fury, and suffer no DPS loss?

2. Why are people complaining about this now? Most fights they started in pve before the adrenaline decay were at low adrenaline so this isn’t that big a change. the only difference is now people are conscious of it.

I really think its not quite as relevant as people assume it is.

I really think its not quite as relevant as people assume it is.

The decay is so dramatic that it hardly even carries over to the mobs close by. They might as well make the change to drop your adrenaline to zero after each fight. Before the change, you were able to carry it over in most cases and adrenaline grandmaster traits made sense to have.

As for healing surge, yah, I’ve heard that a lot. lol maybe the healing signet just feels like a security blanket.
