Guild Wars 2

Hey all guys, as the title says i want to hit 80 with my warrior and asking to you, wich is the best builds for pve dungeon and fractal? and the gear for that? and for some wvw roaming and zerg rush wich gear?
I ask this because i dont know wich is the optimal level of defense (vit/though) necessary for pve and wvw.

Pve dung/frac-if ur comf with zerker everything 20/25/0/0/25, if not zerker gear soldier acc 20/0/30/20/0
Wvw-soldier everything & build depends on weapon
