No, zerk is still superior for 95% of the games content. People put way too much emphasis on gimmick benchmarks against a golem that doesn’t hit back. Running around HoT zones in Vipers gear is torture, you have very little burst and no sustain at all.

You mean for open world content?
Por Spvp i like Axe/Shield + Rifle, with strength, defense and discipline.
Its a good bruiser build, has access to a good amount of condi cleanse and makes your effective max Adrenaline cap at 15 instead of 30.
